RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund or exchange. Return and exchanges are allowed within 7 calendar days from the date of the receipt and must be authorized by YAGI LLC, prior to return shipping. (If applicable, your item may be repaired or replaced under the Manufacturer's Warranty at the discretion of YAGI. See warranty stipulations included with each item for more details.)
All authorized returned merchandise must be unused and in its original salable packaging. No returns or exchanges on merchandise that shows signs of having been opened, installed, modified, mounted, scratched, or defaced will be allowed. Returns must be sent freight prepaid and insured by the customer. A refund or exchange will not be considered until all relevant items, hardware, and accessories have been returned to YAGI LLC. Contact our office via telephone or e-mail to obtain an RMA# prior to returning any merchandise. This number MUST appear on the outside of all boxes returned. If the RMA# is not visible on the outside of the box it will be refused at the dock. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS! Any refused shipment sent back to YAGI LLC does not constitute the right to a refund or credit. It is the customer's responsibility to make all arrangements with YAGI LLC. for the shipment prior to its return. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. All custom entry fees and duty charged to YAGI LLC associated with any return or exchange will be charged to the customer.
A photocopy of your invoice showing the invoice number must accompany your return along with a written explanation and a contact phone number where we may reach you. It is the responsibility of the customer/installer to verify the correctness of the size and application of the parts before installation.
Any return credits or refunds are processed as quickly as possible. Please allow an additional 3-5 working days for credit card refunds to post to your account.
DID YOUR PACKAGE ARRIVE DAMAGED OR MISSING PARTS?
Shortage and damage claims must be made within 5 working days of receipt date. All claims for damaged merchandise must be made with the carrier and YAGI LLC. Keep all shipping cartons and packing materials for carrier inspection. YAGI LLC cannot initiate any claims with the carrier. All approved refunds will be paid by either company check, credit card, or account credit, to be determined by YAGI LLC.
